“Uncle, did you call me?” Linda asked as she walked into the office.

Johnny nodded. “In a couple of months, News is going to have their summer tour concert for 4 months. You are going to assist in running the concert. Yuki will be playing their songs. They will be singing their latest songs in the concert. This is a good opportunity for you to show your parents that you are no longer a kid,” Johnny said.

“Chotto matte. 4 months? 4 months with News? I do not mind most of the members. They are funny but Yamashita Tomohisa? That jerk is the most irresponsible, unfeeling, idiotic idol in the world. I cannot stand to be near him and now you are telling me that I have to be with them for 4 whole months? Uncle, you are like giving me the road to hell,” Linda grumbled.

Johnny did not flinch at her words. “What I say is final. You are going to be their chaperone. Wherever they go, you are there. You are their assistant manager, after all. I do not understand why you and Yamashita cannot stand each other but this is the time for the two of you to know each other. You two might just fall in love with each other, you might never know,” Johnny teased her brutally.

“Uncle! I am not going to talk to you ever!” Linda walked out angrily.

That afternoon, News’ manager and the concert crew gathered everyone together to discuss about the upcoming concert.

Yamapi’s face grew black and expressionless when he knew about the arrangement. Ryo who was sitting beside him laughed. “You two are just meant to be together!” he teased him.

“Shut up if you value your life, Ryo,” Yamapi threatened menacingly.

“So, the theme for this concert will be ‘Fly’. There will be a lot of flying all around the concert arena. It will be interesting,” Linda replied.

“Of course, it will be interesting. You just make sure that it is prepared correctly,” Yamapi remarked.

“There is no need for you to tell me what to do. You listen to me and ensure that your fans enjoy your concerts,” Linda retorted.

“Hai, Yuki, let’s go discuss the music arrangements and have News practiced them as soon as possible,” the music director stepped in to stop their argument.

Everyone got up and mumbled some excuse, leaving Linda and Yamapi behind. “Don’t you have any work to do?” Linda asked him sarcastically.

“It’s my break time. What about you? A rich girl like do not need to work so hard so there is no need to do any hard work,” Yamapi retorted.

Linda glared at him and left the meeting room.

Yuki who was on the other room with the music director and some other people involved in the music, saw Linda stomping out of the meeting room. “I wonder if things are going to be smooth during the concert,” she thought anxiously.
